Friends is an American sitcom created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman, which ran on NBC from September 22, 1994 and May 6, 2004, a total of 236 episodes. The series revolved around a group of friends who lived in the city of Manhattan in New York City.


The characters are Rachel Green (Jennnifer Aniston), Monica Geller (Courteney Cox), Phoebe Buffay (Lisa Kudrow), Joey Tribbiani (Matt LeBlanc), Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry) and Ross Geller (David Schwimmer).
